2003-S SILVER WASHINGTON STATE SERIES QUARTER 5-COIN SET ALL FLAG LABELS PCGS PR70DCAM. This set is in very good condition with no toning issues, and minimal spotting and hazing issues. There is a small, pin-point sized speck on the obverse of the Arkansas coin, and a slight amount of hazing on the obverse of the Missouri coin, and three small spots on its reverse (see pics). The cases are also in very good condition with minimal signs of wear. There is some very lite scuffing on the Maine and Missouri cases (see pics).
