2002 S Proof Silver Mississippi State Quarter. Coin has a major die clash error. Details from the flowers on the reverse can be seen on the obverse of the coin in the form of lines on Washington's neck as well as a triangle below his ear. It looks like he's wearing an earring!

On the reverse, elements of Washington's hair can be seen in the flowers. This coin is really one-of-a-kind considering the severity of the error. One of the most, if not the most, severe error in the entire proof silver state quarter series.
