2001-S SILVER WASHINGTON QUARTER SET. The NY, NC coins have some small specks on the reverse, the RI coin has some small spots on the obverse and reverse, the VT coin has some small specks on the obverse, and the KY coin has some small specks on the obverse and reverse, and a small spot on the obverse just above the R in AMERICA (see pics). The cases are all in near perfect condition with minimal to no issues (see pics).
