1999-S SILVER WASHINGTON COMPLETE STATE SERIES QUARTER SET PCGS PR70DCAM. This set is in excellent condition with no spotting, toning, or hazing issues. This set is a near 1%er. There is some lite speckling on the reverse of the DE coin, and a very small speck on the reverse of the GA coin next to the second A in AMERICA (see pics).

The cases are all in perfect condition with no signs of wear. The label on the New Jersey casing has a slight waving on it.
