1999-S SILVER WASHINGTON STATE SERIES QUARTER. SET FLAG LABELS PCGS PR70DCAM. This set is in excellent condition with no spotting or hazing issues.

The Georgia coin has a very small speck on the obverse, the New Jersey coin has a couple of small specks on the reverse, and the Pennsylvania coin has a couple of small specks on the obverse and reverse (see pics). The Delaware case has a couple of small speck marks on the case, the Georgia case has lite scuffing on the back side, the New Jersey coin is turned slightly clockwise in the holder, and the Pennsylvania coin is turned slightly counter-clockwise in the holder (see pics).
