Offered here is a 1932-S Washington Quarter, a coin that I sent out to PCGS for Grading and Certification. They grade this coin MS63. A nice coin, nice luster, and no defects to report. I see a trace of toning near the rims.
If you cracked this coin out and "Dipped" it in Jewel luster the toning would be gone. The coin could be labeled "cleaned". About 50% of the time the dipping sauce works. About 50% of the time the grading services catch us with a hand in the cookie jar.
Thank you for your business.
